U.S. Military Group donates Personal Protective Equipment items to San Vicente de Paul Orphanage

As part of the Humanitarian Assistance Projects (HAP), funded by USSOUTHCOM, on Wednesday, Feb 17, 2021, the U.S. Military Group in El Salvador delivered a donation to San Vicente de Paul Orphanage (Hogar del Niño San Vicente de Paúl).

The donation consists of Personal Protective Equipment items (PPE), which includes KN95 masks, surgical masks for children and adults, surgical gowns, surgical caps, and shoe covers, valued at over $4,000 dollars. These items are for the use of the children and personnel of the Orphanage to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The donation was made by Master Sergeant Amaurys Rapozo and Major Jeffrey Schrimp, as representatives of HAP and the Military Group. The donation was received by Licda. Margarita Rosa de Barrios and Licda. Fátima Raquel Rosales, on behalf of the Orphanage, location at where the donation took place.
